Check Inventory on Garden Supplies to see if you have all tools needes for gardening. Check garden hoses for leakage.
Check condition of electric cords to see if they are brittle,frayed or damaged. If the plugged in cords are too warm ,it is a sign of overload
Water trees and Shurbs at least couple of times a month to make sure the dryness of colorado do not harm plants coming back up.
Schedule pest control if requires
Inspect your exterior paint. If you are a part of HOA they may send you a letter if repainting is due
Clean your humidifier if you have one built in.Take care to follow tips in the manual.
Check grout and caulk condition in sinks.tubs etc to prevent water seepage
